500 gr. mullet beans
160 gr. Alonissos bluefin tuna in water, Alelma
1 fl. red onions, diced
1/2 fl. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1 lemon, zest and juice
a few drops of Tabasco or 1 tbsp. chili flakes
extra virgin olive oil, optional
salt, to taste
1 Put the mullet beans in a pot with plenty of cold water and a pinch of salt, so that they are completely covered with water.
2 Simmer for 40 minutes, until they are soft but firm.
3 Drain the beans and set aside.
4 Drain the oil from the tuna and put it in a large bowl.
5 Add the beans and mix gently.
6 Add the onions, parsley, black pepper, zest and lemon juice and mix. Add a few drops of Tabasco.
7 Pour extra virgin olive oil over our salad and add salt to taste.
8 Leave to cool and serve.
