FETTUCCINE WITH MUSHROOMS AND TUNA

INGREDIENTS

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion, large

200 gr. Pleurotus mushrooms

200 gr. albacore tuna in sunflower oil, drained, Alelma

3 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tbsp. oregano

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

500 gr. tomato sauce

1 tbsp sugar

250 gr. whipping cream

100 gr. parmesan, grated + 80 gr. for serving

EXECUTION

1Chop the garlic and the onion. Cut the mushrooms into large slices.
2In a large pan, add the olive oil, garlic, onion and fry.
3Add the tuna and mushrooms to the pan and fry. Add the oregano, pepper, salt, tomato sauce and sugar.
4Let the sauce heat up and add the cream. Mix very well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the parmesan and mix again. Let it simmer.
5Add enough water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.
6Serve pasta, sauce and grated parmesan on each plate.
