SANDWICH WITH TUNA, AVOCADO AND BACON

MATERIAL

2 eggs, hard boiled

140 gr. White tuna spicy in sunflower oil, Alelma

2 tbsp sweet mustard

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp red onion, melted

1/4 tsp. paprika

black pepper, to taste

2 bread rolls, ciapatta type

1 avocado

1 tomato, sliced

½ large cucumber, sliced

Instructions

1In a pan, cook the bacon until it turns brown and becomes crispy.
2Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
3In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
4.In another bowl, add the tuna, mustard, red onion, mix and sprinkle with paprika, garlic and pepper
5Place half the avocado, half the tuna mixture, half the tomato, half the cucumber and 2 strips of bacon in layers between the 2 slices of bread of your choice.
6We repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make the second sandwich.
