MATERIALS
For the tuna salad:
280 gr. tuna in water
2-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 celery, chopped
1 small white onion, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp pickles
salt, to taste
black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
a pinch of curry powder
For the sandwich:
lettuce leaves
bread of our choice

IMPLEMENTATION
Steps
Drain the tuna well and put it in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, pickles, salt, pepper and curry powder.
Mix well with a fork, breaking up the large pieces of tuna.
If we want the tuna salad to be creamier, we add more mayonnaise.
Place the lettuce leaves and tuna salad between two slices of bread of your choice and serve.
