Quinoa with peas and tuna

200 gr. quinoa

a pinch of salt

50 ml warm water

1 tomato, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 fl. peas, boiled

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tbsp dill, chopped

1 tbsp mint, chopped

200 gr. Alonissos red tuna in sunflower oil, Alelma

2 tbsp olive oil

½ lemon, the juice + ½ lemon, cut into slices, for garnish

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste



1Put the quinoa in a strainer and rinse it under cold running water.
2In a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and the quinoa.
3Cover the pot, reduce the heat and cook for 12 minutes, until the quinoa is slightly softened, but a little firm.
4Mix with a fork until fluffy and set aside.
5In a large bowl, put the quinoa, tomato, onion, peas, parsley, dill, mint, mix and crumble the tuna on top.
6Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix gently.
7Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
