MATERIALS
200 gr. quinoa
a pinch of salt
50 ml warm water
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 fl. peas, boiled
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp mint, chopped
200 gr. Alonissos red tuna in sunflower oil, Alelma
2 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon, the juice + ½ lemon, cut into slices, for garnish
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
| 1 | Put the quinoa in a strainer and rinse it under cold running water. |
| 2 | In a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and the quinoa. |
| 3 | Cover the pot, reduce the heat and cook for 12 minutes, until the quinoa is slightly softened, but a little firm. |
| 4 | Mix with a fork until fluffy and set aside. |
| 5 | In a large bowl, put the quinoa, tomato, onion, peas, parsley, dill, mint, mix and crumble the tuna on top. |
| 6 | Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix gently. |
| 7 | Garnish with lemon slices and serve. |
