MATERIALS
1 large potato, peeled, diced
3 cans of Alonissos red tuna in extra virgin olive oil (120 g each), drained
1 egg
1/4 fl. onion, chopped
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp toast
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. royal
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
salt, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

IMPLEMENTATION
1 Put the potato in a pot with salted water, to cover it.
2 Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to medium-low, cover with the lid and simmer until tender, 20 minutes.
3 Strain and leave for 2 minutes.
4 In a large bowl, mash the potato with a fork.
5 In the bowl with the mashed potatoes, add the tuna, egg, onion, mustard, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, cayenne pepper and as much salt as you want. Mix all the ingredients well.
6 Divide into 8 portions and make burgers.
7 Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
8 Grill the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes on each side.
