INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 egg diluted with a little milk
For the stuffing
1 fresh onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2-3 pickles, chopped
2-3 sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 soup spoons of yogurt
2 soup spoons of mustard
150g tuna in extra virgin olive oil

EXECUTION
For the volovans | cut the puff pastry with a cutter and with the same cutter in a smaller size, create a hole in the middle in half. |
1 | Brush with egg and stick together. |
2 | Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25-30′. |
For the stuffing | mix 1 chopped fresh onion, 2-3 pickled cucumbers chopped, 1 red pepper chopped, 2-3 sun-dried tomatoes chopped, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp mustard, 150g tuna. |
