INGREDIENTS
150g spicy white tuna in sunflower oil
2 soup spoons of mayonnaise
2 soup spoons of yogurt
3-4 pickles, chopped
2 tablespoons of corn
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
1 fresh onion, finely chopped
120g grated yellow cheeses
50g of butter to spread the slices and cook the toast in the pan.

EXECUTION
1 | Mix all the ingredients together (except the butter and 60g of the grated cheese). |
2 | Spread 4 slices of bread with butter and spread the tuna filling. |
3 | Add the remaining cheeses and close the slices. |
4 | Put butter in a non-stick pan and cook the sandwich on both sides, on medium heat, until the cheese has time to melt. |
