INGREDIENTS
250 gr. noodles
250 γρ. white tuna smoked in extra virgin olive oil, Alelma
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp garlic, powdered
1 Florin pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
150 gr. mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
100 gr. corn
8 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
150 gr. sweetsour sauce

Execution
Boil enough water in a pot. Add the noodles and let them soften according to the instructions on the package. | |
In a wok or a large pan, add the sunflower oil, garlic and cook for 1 minute. | |
Add the onion and peppers to the wok and fry. | |
Add the mushrooms, green onions, corn, soy sauce and stir over high heat for about 3-4 minutes. | |
Add the noodles, tuna and our sweet and sour sauce to the wok and stir constantly. | |
Remove the wok from the heat, add chopped parsley and serve immediately. |
