INGREDIENTS
5-6 potatoes
chopped red pepper
cream cheese 2 tbsp
100g grated yellow cheeses
a jar of tuna in extra virgin olive oil

EXECUTION
1 | Wash 5-6 potatoes well and rub their skin with a clean sponge. |
2 | We pierce them and boil them in salted water for 35-40′ (Depending on the size they should soften completely but not melt) |
3 | When they are ready, “cut” them and remove some crumbs. |
4 | Add chopped red pepper, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 100g of grated yellow cheese and a jar of tuna in extra virgin olive oil to the cooled potato that we removed. |
5 | Mix well and fill the potatoes, |
6 | Pour some grated cheese on top and bake at 190-200°C for 15′ |
