Spicy tuna sandwich



150g spicy white tuna in sunflower oil

2 soup spoons of mayonnaise

2 soup spoons of yogurt

3-4 pickles, chopped

2 tablespoons of corn

1 small red pepper, finely chopped

1 fresh onion, finely chopped

120g grated yellow cheeses

50g of butter to spread the slices and cook the toast in the pan.



1Mix all the ingredients together (except the butter and 60g of the grated cheese).
2Spread 4 slices of bread with butter and spread the tuna filling.
