Stuffed potatoes with tuna



5-6 potatoes

chopped red pepper

cream cheese 2 tbsp

100g grated yellow cheeses

a jar of tuna in extra virgin olive oil



1Wash 5-6 potatoes well and rub their skin with a clean sponge.
2We pierce them and boil them in salted water for 35-40′ (Depending on the size they should soften completely but not melt)
3When they are ready, “cut” them and remove some crumbs.
4Add chopped red pepper, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 100g of grated yellow cheese and a jar of tuna in extra virgin olive oil to the cooled potato that we removed.
5Mix well and fill the potatoes,
6Pour some grated cheese on top and bake at 190-200°C for 15′
